How the Baseline is produced
- Verify — establish the critical claims and supporting evidence
- Observe — record machine understanding across selected environments
- Compare — identify omissions, contradictions and weak recognition
- Decide — observe comparison and recommendation scenarios
- Document — report findings with the conditions behind them
What it is not
The Baseline is a measurement, not a guarantee of future behaviour and not an instruction to any AI system. It establishes the reference point against which later retesting becomes evidence of change.
The Baseline is the measurement. Retesting is how improvement becomes evidence.
